This program was developed by Lara Neely, DBH, MED, LPC, a clinician and systems-focused educator with experience in healthcare transformation, leadership development, and organizational design. Drawing from direct work in clinical practice, compliance, and executive education, Dr. Neely designed this course to address the real-world challenges leaders face when integrating generative AI into complex, regulated environments. The focus is not on technology in isolation, but on how AI adoption interacts with leadership behavior, decision-making, ethics, and team dynamics.
